Quality Inn & Suites Caribou

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Quality Inn and Suites in Caribou, Maine! From the moment we checked in, we felt genuinely welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The lobby was sparkling clean and inviting, setting the tone for the entire visit. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The beds were cozy with fresh linens, and the pillows were just right—perfect after a long day of travel. We especially appreciated the modern amenities like the fast Wi-Fi, large TV, and mini fridge. Breakfast each morning exceeded expectations. There was a great variety—hot eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, waffles, and plenty of coffee. The breakfast staff kept everything well-stocked and the dining area was always tidy. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail and genuine care for guests. Every request was handled promptly, and we always felt at home. The location is perfect—close to local restaurants, and beautiful northern Maine scenery. I can’t recommend the Quality Inn and Suites in Caribou enough. We’ll definitely be back!

During my recent work trip, I chose to stay at Quality Inn & Suites. The hotel offered convenient parking, although there was some noise from the parking lot at night, which was a bit bothersome. I informed the front desk, and they promptly addressed the issue. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

Chelsea was extremely accommodating. I asked for extra pillows and she brought out two new pillows in mfg wrapping along with pillow cases. Heating and a/c unit was new, functional, and totally silent. Breakfast was manifold in choices.

We stayed over after the Crown of Maine Balloon Festival. Sil at the front desk was very accommodating, very welcoming. Our room was clean and everything in working order. Continental breakfast available. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We stayed here for 6 days. The service is exceptional and here is why. Initially there were a few issues with the room- lighted mirror not working and a clothing rack was unanchored from the wall. It was reported to the front desk and the gentlemen was very apologetic. He said he would get it looked at right away. While it was unable to be fixed during our stay, he was communicative about his efforts and offered to change our room, which we appreciated. We had plenty of fresh towel and were always offered more. The room was clean. The hotel is quiet. We did not have breakfast, but I was able to access the juice machine after hours, which was so great. I would say the staff here are amazing. It is a budget hotel, so don’t expect 5 star accommodations, but friendly, efficient service you can. I even revived a phone call after our stay apologizing for being unable to get someone out to fix the issues during our stay. They earnestly felt bad. They offered me a discount on my next stay, by calling them. I will definitely take them up on that for our next stay.

It was very clean with touches of elegance and a beautiful environment both inside and out. The staff was amazing and friendly, especially Sil, who was very helpful and accommodating, and always with a smile. Would highly recommend if you're this far north

Great place, I love staying here because of the services and the price; it helps me out. I stay here because my house lacks insulation during these very cold seasons. I don't have much money to build fast but this motel allows me to stay for more days. And thank you for the services, especially to Chelsea from administration; my cat was comfortable, and also to the manager, Eunita Yadav.

Our extended stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff and comfortable accommodations. We especially want to acknowledge the young man at the front desk, who was consistently professional and remarkably knowledgeable about the local area, offering helpful tips and insights throughout our visit. Equally impressive was the gentleman who meticulously cleaned our room during our stay. His attention to detail was evident, creating a consistently pristine and welcoming space for us. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to the hotel, demonstrating a clear dedication to their work and always engaged in productive activities. The overall week we spent here was marvelous, a testament to the hotel's commitment to hospitality. The room was exceptionally comfy, providing a relaxing haven after a long day. However, we did encounter one recurring issue that, while in no way connected to the hotel's performance, did impact the atmosphere during breakfast. There was another guest who, each morning, would complain about everything imaginable, from the color of the wall to a lack of bananas (which were simply gone by the time he arrived). While this is neither here nor there, his behavior of berating the staff was entirely unwarranted and untrue, and it unfortunately created a slightly unpleasant dining environment on those occasions. Despite that singular negative interaction with another guest, our overall experience at the hotel was overwhelmingly positive. The exemplary service provided by the staff, especially the front desk and housekeeping gentleman combined with the comfortable room, made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and dedicated staff
